You buy one report, once, for $19 in your local currency — USD, EUR or GBP. It measures what five AI engines answered on the day it ran. It is a measurement, not a guarantee of any future result, and the engines change underneath it. Refunds are 14 days, no questions asked.
Who you are contracting with
These terms cover your use of getaisnapshot.com and the reports it produces. The site and the product are operated by ClixWorks, registered in the Netherlands under KvK 50937782, seated in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Every purchase is sold and invoiced by Polar Software, Inc. acting as our merchant of record and reseller — Polar is your counterparty for the payment, the receipt and the VAT, and their terms apply to that transaction. These terms apply to the report itself.
What you get
One AI Visibility Snapshot is a single, one-off report. It sends ten buyer-intent prompts to each of five AI engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok — producing fifty live answers, and scores mention rate, position within the answer, share of voice and sentiment, plus a leaderboard of every competitor the engines named instead of you. The full prompt set and the scoring rules are published on the methodology page, before you buy.
There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no account and no auto-renewal. If you want a second measurement later, you buy a second report.
What a snapshot is not
This is the part worth reading twice.
- It is a measurement, not a forecast. It tells you what the engines answered on the date printed on the report. It does not predict what they will answer next month.
- Model answers are non-deterministic. Ask the same question twice and you can get different brands. That is a property of the systems being measured, not a defect in the report; it is why the report runs fifty answers instead of one and reports rates rather than verdicts.
- Vendors change models without notice. Each engine is measured on that vendor's current fast production model at the time your snapshot runs. When a vendor ships a new model, results can move.
- We do not promise to improve your visibility. The report includes recommendations. Acting on them may or may not change what the engines say. Nobody — including us — can guarantee an AI engine will recommend you.
- Brand names are extracted by a model. Extraction from free text is very good but not perfect. If you spot an error in your report, tell us and we will re-run it.
Delivery and availability
Reports normally finish in about two minutes and appear at a private link you receive at checkout. If a report fails to complete, we re-run it or refund it — your choice. We keep the link working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site, and we recommend you print or save the report if you need a permanent copy.
Payment and refunds
The price is $19, one time, in the currency Polar presents for your location: USD, EUR or GBP. These are three separate list prices rather than a converted amount, so depending on the exchange rate on the day, one can be worth slightly more than another; the price you are charged is the one shown on the checkout page before you pay. Taxes are calculated and remitted by Polar at checkout. Our refund policy — 14 days, no questions asked — is on the refunds page and forms part of these terms.
Because the report is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery, which under EU consumer law waives the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Our own 14-day refund promise is given voluntarily and is not affected by that waiver.
Acceptable use
You may use your report however you like internally: share it, quote it, put it in a deck, send it to your board or your client. You may not:
- resell the report as your own product, or generate reports on behalf of third parties as a service, without a written agreement with us;
- order reports about a brand in order to defame it, or present our measurement as a statement about a competitor's quality — it measures what models said, nothing more;
- scrape, bulk-order or automate against the site, or attempt to circumvent the free-scan rate limits.
You keep all rights in your own brand and materials. We keep the rights in the site, the prompt set, the scoring method and the software. Our published category leaderboards and the engine-agreement study are released under CC BY 4.0 — take them, just link back.
Liability
The report is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a report is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business decisions taken on the basis of a report. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and nothing here removes the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
Governing law
Dutch law governs these terms, with the courts of the Netherlands having jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country. Disputes about the payment itself are governed by Polar's terms as merchant of record.
Changes to these terms
We can change these terms for future purchases; the version in force for your order is the one published on the date you bought. The date at the top of this page is the current version.

Is this a subscription?
No. One report, one payment of $19, no account and no recurring charge. If you want another measurement later you buy another report.
Do you guarantee my brand will start appearing in AI answers?
No, and no one honestly can. The report measures what five engines answered on a given date and recommends what to change. Whether an engine then recommends you is not in our control or anyone else's.
Why can the same question give different answers?
Large language models are non-deterministic and vendors update them without notice. That is exactly why the report runs fifty answers and reports rates rather than a single yes or no.
Can I share my report with clients?
Yes. Share it, quote it, put it in a deck. What you may not do is resell the report as your own product or run reports as a service for third parties without an agreement with us.
